How is Deep different from Standard?
A Standard Clean keeps an already-clean home in good shape. A Deep Clean adds baseboards, inside windows, wet-wiped blinds, doors and door frames, and hard-water removal in bathrooms.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning products and tools. Want us to use your products? Just let us know.
How long will my deep clean take?
It depends on your home’s size and how dirty it is. A Deep Clean takes longer than a Standard Clean. We’ll tell you the time and price before you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how to get in and go about your day.
Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
The inside of the oven is not included. Cleaning the inside of the fridge is normally an add-on, but right now it’s FREE with your Deep Clean.
Is same-day cleaning possible?
Ask us. We’ll check what’s open. Sending a quote request doesn’t book a time.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean the missed area at no charge. This covers the cleaning in your booking, not problems that were there before or work that wasn’t booked.
