How to prepare your empty home

What’s included in a Moving clean?
We clean the empty home from top to bottom. That includes inside cabinets and drawers, the oven and racks, and the fridge and freezer. We also clean the microwave, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, closets and shelves, plus the details listed above.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Please remove your belongings and empty the cabinets, drawers and appliances before we arrive. Make sure we can get in, and keep the power and water on.
Do you bring supplies, and do I need to be there?
We bring our own products and tools. You don’t need to be there. Just tell us ahead of time how to get in.
Can you use my landlord’s or property manager’s checklist?
Yes, send it with your quote request. We’ll tell you what we can cover before you book. We can’t promise you’ll pass inspection or get your deposit back. That’s up to your landlord or property manager.
Can you clean before my moving deadline?
Tell us your move date and when the home will be empty. We’ll check our openings and tell you how long it will take. Sending a quote request doesn’t book a time, and we can’t promise same-day service.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean the missed area at no charge. This covers the cleaning in your booking, not problems that were there before or work that wasn’t booked.
